Comcast South Hills Bargaining: TA Reached on March 14, 2024

On Thursday, March 14, 2024, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee announced a tentative agreement over the South Hills contract with Comcast:

We met with the company a number of times today, March 14, 2024, in an effort to resolve all remaining bargaining items and come to an agreement. Leading into today’s face-to-face sessions we have held several off-table meetings and calls and after today’s sessions we are happy to announce we have reached a tentative agreement with the company. Some of the changes made are:

• Signing bonus/Individual Wage Adjustments/Annual Wage Increases
• Elimination of Made to Stay
• Improved Holiday/Inclement Weather/Job Security Language
• Better Summer Overtime Plan conditions
• And more

A detailed description of every change will be available for review when we meet for a contract explanation and ratification vote on March 27, 2024, at 7:00 PM at:
